Chocolate fondue with peanut butter topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream + 0.5 cup as needed
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
- 0.5 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate granules
- For serving: salted straws, bananas, strawberries, dark chocolate, marshmallows
Preparation:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cream and sugar and heat over low heat. When the cream is hot (do not bring to a boil), add the peanut butter and gently stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate until completely melted.
- Serve immediately with any dipping accompaniments, such as pretzels, bananas, strawberries, dark chocolate, or marshmallows. If the fondue is separating, try stirring in a couple of tablespoons of cold heavy cream.
