Cranberry-Pomegranate Relish topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 450 g cranberries (thaw frozen ones)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 0.5 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped unsalted pistachios
- 2 tsp pomegranate molasses
Preparation:
- Combine cranberries, sugar, and honey in a food processor and chop finely. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add pomegranate seeds, mint, parsley, pistachios, pomegranate molasses, and a pinch of salt and stir. Let sit for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
