Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 60 ml bourbon
- 2 teaspoons mint liqueur
- Whipped cream for serving
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Preparation:
- Place 1 large or 2 small glasses in the refrigerator to chill.
- Combine the ice cream, bourbon, and liqueur in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
