Mint Julep Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 60 ml bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons mint liqueur
  • Whipped cream for serving
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place 1 large or 2 small glasses in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Combine the ice cream, bourbon, and liqueur in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
