Watermelon wedges in lime-honey syrup

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 cups honey
  • 1 ripe watermelon, cut in half, cut in half again, then into triangles
  • Mint sprigs for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Combine lime juice and honey in a saucepan and heat on a hot grill. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Place watermelon slices on a large platter, drizzle with lime syrup and garnish with mint.
