Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of broccolini
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tbsp. l. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
- Sriracha sauce, for serving
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the broccolini on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes and mix until smooth.
- Transfer the broccolini to a serving platter and drizzle with the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, cilantro, and Sriracha sauce. Serve with lime wedges.
