Ingredients:
- 14 graham cracker sheets (2 packs)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Combine graham crackers and sugar in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until crumbs are moistened.
- Spread the mixture into a 9-inch (22 cm) pie pan, press evenly, and bake until set, 12-15 minutes. Let the cake cool completely on a wire rack before filling.
