Corn in butter with green onions and lime

Ingredients:

  • 55 g softened butter
  • Lime zest
  • 2 green onions

Preparation:

  1. In a food processor, combine 55g softened butter, the grated zest of 1 lime, 2 chopped green onions and 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt.
  2. Boil 4 ears of corn until tender, about 4 minutes. Drain and brush the corn with fragrant butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
