Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups of oatmeal (breakfast cereal)
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried blueberries
  • Half a banana

Preparation:

  1. In a small jar, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, and a pinch each of salt and cinnamon.
  2. Add 1/4 cup chopped freeze-dried blueberries and half a banana, sliced ​​into pieces.
