Marinated peppers with gorgonzola

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices soppressatta, cut in half
  • 150 g gorgonzola or other blue cheese, cut into 24 cubes
  • 24 small basil leaves (or 12 large ones, cut in half lengthwise)
  • 24 sweet pickled picante peppers, such as Peppadew

Preparation:

  1. Place a cube of Gorgonzola on a basil leaf. Wrap the cheese in sausage and basil and tuck it into the pepper.
  2. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and serve.
