Raspberry-orange water

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1 liter of sparkling seltzer water and 1 liter of chilled seltzer water
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Place 1 thinly sliced ​​orange and 2 cups of lightly crushed raspberries in a pitcher. Add 2 liters of pure water for a still version. If you prefer sparkling water, add 1 liter of seltzer water during preparation and another 1 liter just before serving.
  2. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow the fruit to infuse the water. Stir well and strain, discarding the spent fruit. To serve, add fresh orange slices and raspberries to the water, along with plenty of ice. Infused water can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days..
