Blueberry Merlot Manhattan Cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries + extra for serving
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3/4 cup merlot
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 0.5 cups of sparkling water
- Ice as needed
- Lemon slices, for serving
Preparation:
- Muddle 1/4 cup blueberries with sugar in a cocktail shaker, then add wine. Fill the shaker with ice and add bourbon. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into 4 Collins glasses filled with ice, then add 2 tablespoons of sparkling water per glass. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
