Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup pecans
- 0.5 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup pistachios
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Combine the nuts and seeds in a medium bowl. Add the maple syrup, spices, and salt and stir to combine.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, then transfer the nuts to the baking sheet and spread them evenly in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once, until the nuts are toasted and fragrant.
