Creamy smoked fish dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 drops hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 110 g smoked fish
  • About 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • Crackers or fresh vegetables, for serving

Preparation:

  1. Combine cream cheese, jalapeño, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a food processor and process until smooth. (See also recipe) Creamy dip).
  2. Chop the fish, place it in a food processor, and blend again until evenly distributed. Add sour cream to the sauce to make it smoother.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
