Country-style grilled potatoes

Preparation:

Place 2 large sweet potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer until the potatoes are easily pierced with a knife, 25-35 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly, then slice into 1/2-inch-thick wedges.

Brush the sweet potato wedges with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 1.5 teaspoons chili powder and a pinch of salt. Grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until grill marks appear, 2-5 minutes per side. Transfer the sweet potato wedges to a platter, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with flaky salt.
