Cocktail "Rose-75"

Ingredients:

    Rose-75

  • 30 ml of gin
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple sugar syrup, see recipe below
  • 150 ml chilled pink champagne
  • Edible flowers or fresh currants, for decoration

    Simple sugar syrup

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. The drink is ready when the shaker fogs up.
  2. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe. Top up with champagne and garnish with an edible flower or currant.

    Simple sugar syrup:

    Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Alternatively, heat in the microwave. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
