Ingredients:
- 4 cups boiled pasta, drained
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 60 g butter, cut into pieces
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup of milk
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Once the pasta is cooked and drained, place it in a large bowl and, while still hot, add the cheddar. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the pasta mixture.
- Place the pasta mixture in a casserole dish and bake for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
