Ingredients:
- 2 cups peeled small pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup almond needles
- 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, shelled
- 6 tablespoons natural maple syrup (category B)
- Coarse salt
- 1 cup dried cherries or cranberries
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 150°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, and maple syrup until evenly coated. Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheets and season with salt to taste. Bake the mixture, stirring several times with a spatula or wooden spoon, until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Cool the nut mixture completely on the baking sheet, then add the cherries and stir. Store the mixture in an airtight container at room temperature.
