Preparation:Using a mixer, beat 1 1/4 cups sugar with 110 g butter until fluffy. Stir in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add the Christmas Cookie Super Mix and knead the dough. Place large round cookies (about 2 heaping tablespoons per cookie) on a baking sheet. Bake at 175°C (350°F) until set, about 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Ingredients:
