Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 cup ancho chili powder
- 1 tbsp. l. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Divide into small spice boxes and store for up to 4 months.
