Dry marinade for meat

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 cup ancho chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. l. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Divide into small spice boxes and store for up to 4 months.
