Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 heaping tbsp apricot jam
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 cups mixed salad greens (about 150 g)
- 1/4 cup lightly toasted sliced almonds
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine the vinegar and jam, season with salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until emulsified.
- Place the herbs in a large bowl, toss with the dressing and sprinkle with almonds.
